Device mobility
Check whether the appearance of the equipment is normal and whether the moving parts are fastened.
Select suitable handling tools according to the characteristics of the equipment. When special operations are involved, such as climbing / hot work, corresponding permission shall be obtained to wear corresponding protective articles and be under supervision.
Under supervision
In the process of loading, pay attention to the places easy to bump, take damping measures, and take special care of the vulnerable parts of the instrument. Generally, air cushion membrane, blanket and other packaging materials are used.
At the same time, if there are special requirements for the ground / wall during handling, it shall be protected.
Equipment positioning
Place the equipment in the designated area according to the requirements of the engineering positioning drawing, and the difference between the actual equipment positioning and the engineering drawing shall be controlled within ± 1cm.
Shockproof treatment shall be conducted for the base course (if necessary) to detect whether the horizontal state of the equipment meets the requirements.
Connect the water and electricity of the equipment for relevant commissioning and trial operation.
If the equipment positioning and commissioning are normal, both parties shall sign for confirmation.
